054 | Close to Davo farmsteading and on the edge of the old Aberdeen and Garioch road is a place known by this name. According to tradition, two merchants met here and, quarrelling, the one Killed the other. Not long since when Mr Jackson, Davo was clearing the foundation of a small house, he found some human bones, which confirm the tradition. |
