This is a very extensive farm Steading the dwellinghouse two Storey, Offices one a number of wooden sheds are attached to the officehouses for feeding bullocks and Sheep in - the whole Steading is in excellent repair. This farm is wrought in what is called the "new farming principle" and produces luxuriant crops. There are pipes laid to every field in the farm & by the power of an engine (which is also used for driving a threshing machine etc) every field can be watered with a wash prepared for the purpose.
