And near to "Comelybank Mill" The houses were of greater extent before the Construction of the railway but were taken down in the prosecution of the work, as they interfered with the projected line. It is said to have been a pretty place, before the railway was constructed from whence it got its present name. It is the property of the N.B. [North British] Railway Co. [Company]. |
