This name applies to an old Fort supposed to have been of Danish Erection, it is surrounded by a trench 12 or 15 feet wide and from three to four feet deep But No Earthen rampart as is usual in Danish forts The Interior is leval with the General surface of the Exterior and is only separated from it by the above mentioned Trench It is on the property of Arthur Forbes Esqr Cullodan [altered to read Culloden] House
