This name applies to a circular trench situated in a clump of Fir Wood about 10 Chains East of Conon Station, No information Can be obtained in the locality respecting it further, than it is supposed to have been a fort forming one of a Chain of similar entrenchments which can be traced through by Beauly into Strath Glass
