[Note 11A relating to page 11] The Hill name "Mill Hill" in page 11 of this book has been written "Well Hill" on the adjoining Plan & in Name Book. It is lately found that "Mill Hill" is the correct name. It is therefore requested to correct the name on the adjoining Plan at O. M. O.
