Transcriber's notes

Not sure what the n.s or just s after the names mean
I have assumed the "Do"s apply to all the names

Hi Gavin, a couple of things,
Situation Col. should only have three digits in Kirkcudbright, in this case 040, this is really important as it links directly to the OS Map.
See FAQ's http://www.scotlandsplaces.gov.uk/transcribe/forums/transcriptions/faqs-frequently-asked-questions/1213889
Authorities - These should be on separate lines, you had done it on the first object but not on the other two, easy to forget to press enter. Just stretch the box out to check they are where they should be.
Parish Name can be included in the Cont. entries for ease as it covers all three.
