County of Inverness -- Parishes of Moy and Dalarossie and Daviot and Dunlichity

[Beneath the map reference for Beinn na Buchanich] At the junction of Boundaruy [Boundary] between the parishes of Daviot and Dunlichity & Moy and Dalarissie [the last two crossed out & replaced in a different hand with] Croy and Dalcross.

Transcriber's notes

Someone has attempted to cross out the original Beinn na Buchanich to Beinn na Muich-eiridh. This emendation has been crossed out [probably by A.H. Mackntosh of Mackintosh, Moy Hall] and Beinn Buchanich re-asserted in red, which the Place Entry has used.

Ordnance Survey - Inverness county

Ordnance Survey was established in the 18th century to create maps, surveys and associated records for the entirety of Great Britain. These records are arranged by county. This entry has been created to enable searching for Ordnance Survey records for the county of Inverness, which is in the north of Scotland. The boundaries of the county were altered by the Boundary Commissioners in 1891.
