various | The parish of Moy and Dalarossie is in the Presbytery of Inverness Synod of Moray. It is bounded on the north by the parishes of Croy and Dalcross & Cawdor in Nairnshire; on the east by Cawdor in Nairnshire, by Duthil and Rothiemurchus in Elginshire Detached No. [number] 2, and by Alvie Ph. [Parish] in Inverness-shire; on the south by the parishes of Kingussie and Insch, and Boleskine and Abertarff; and on the west by the parishes of Boleskine and Abertarff and Daviot and Dunlichity a small portion of the latter is detached of the County of Nairn. A portion of the parish of Moy and Dalarossie lying in the extreme north east is in the County of Nairn the remainder being in the County of Inverness. There are no detached portions of this parish, nor are there any detached portions of any other parish situated within it. |
