010 | This circle which is supposed to have been a Druidical Temple is situated a short distance north of the farm house of Bruiach it consists of two Concentric circles the outer of which Contains 13 Standing stones varying from 1 to 3 feet in height, the inner of 39 stones, which are only to be seen a short distance above ground, within the inner circle the ground has been excavated but no human remains or anything else of interest was found. It is on the property of the Right Honourable Lord Lovat Beaufort Castle, by Beauly. |
