Town of Inverness
on education under the management of trustees and managers elected by the three Free Churches in the Town. Average attendance about 350. All the branches of English and Classical education taught. The present Staff of teachers consists of one head master or Rector and nine assistant teachers. United with this school there is a school of Science and Art in connection with the Science and Art Department of the Privy Council - under the management of a local elected Committee different from the managers of the ordinary school.
