Captain M H Purcell R.E.
Sir
With regard to the spelling of the hill "Am Fros-bheinn" questioned by Mr H Blackburn, I beg to state that Mr Robertson Esqr. Kinlochmoidart House , by Fort William, Inverness-shire, N. B. [North Britain, i.e. Scotland]is part owner of this Hill, (and as far as I remember of the principal part) Mr H Blackburn owns the North face and has a residence at the foot of this hill, which he calls Roshven.

Ordnance Survey - Inverness county
Ordnance Survey was established in the 18th century to create maps, surveys and associated records for the entirety of Great Britain. These records are arranged by county. This entry has been created to enable searching for Ordnance Survey records for the county of Inverness, which is in the north of Scotland. The boundaries of the county were altered by the Boundary Commissioners in 1891.
