Site of Cross
brought over - wing and the offices of the Northern wing of the Castle, the building generally is four stories high and slated, the stables are detached, two stories high and Slated, all in excellent condition to the South of the castle, on the lawn is the site of an ancient cross. Markets are said to have been held at this cross in former times, but there is none held now. Darnaway Castle is the property of the Earl of Moray.
