Mr Peter Cowie, Tenant Revd [Reverend] John Wilson, Premnay Valuation Roll 1859-60 |
044 | A large and substantial farmsteading with offices and garden attached. The mansion house of Overhall property stood quite close to the present farmsteading which was partially built with the old materials. No trace of the old house now remains, nor is its date of erection known, but from a stone, bearing the date of 1662, built into the wall of the present building, this may have been the time of erection. But this is only conjecture. Property of Theodore Gordon Esqr. |

Ordnance Survey - Aberdeen county
Ordnance Survey was established in the 18th century to create maps, surveys and associated records for the entirety of Great Britain. These records are arranged by county. This entry has been created to enable searching for Ordnance Survey records for the county of Aberdeen, which is in the north east of Scotland. The boundaries of the county were altered by the Boundary Commissioners in 1891.
