Poser 336 - Register of General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, 1639

This poser is taken from the records of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland (National Records of Scotland, CH1/1/5, page 413). In 1639, presbyterians controlled the General Assembly, and this extract deals with the deposition of ministers who were identified with the episcopalian cause or who had committed some offence.

The hand is quite clear, and the secretary hand letters (such as e, s, w) are quite well formed. Capital letters and occasional place names and personal names may slow you down.

Question: what are the names of the five ministers deposed and what are the three parishes mentioned? You get a bonus point if you can say what time of day this particular session of the General Assembly began.
