After prayer, the Moderator called for the rest
of the reports.
Mr James Hanna, and Mr Alexander Thomson were
deposed jointly for reading the service book, subscribing
the declinature.
The Committee findeth their process formall and clear.
Mr John Ogstoun Minister at Collington deposed for
deserting of his flock, causeing his people after a
superstitious way kneel when they were examined
and for sacriledge.
Mr George Maxwell Minister at Dumbar for foul
errors in Doctrine Sacriledge &c.
Mr George Sydserefe at Cockburnspeth conteming
his presbyterie and the Assembly &c.
