A parish partly in the county of Ross and Cromarty and partly in the county of Inverness. It was a quoad omnia parish (a parish for civil and religious purposes). In 1891 the Boundary Commissioners altered the parish boundaries and placed the parish wholly in the county of Ross and Cromarty.
