Whitekirk

A parish in the county of East Lothian. It was a quoad omnia parish (a parish for civil and religious purposes). The parish of Aldhame was united with Hamer after the Reformation to form the parish of Whitekirk and was sometimes known as Hamer. In 1760 Whitekirk was combined with the parish of Tyninghame.
