Kirkcaldy

A parish in the county of Fife. It was a quoad omnia parish (a parish for civil and religious purposes). In 1901 it combined with Dysart parish and parts of Kinghorn and Abbotshall parishes to form the civil parish of Kirkcaldy and Dysart.

A parish in the county of Fife from 1901 until 1975. It was a civil parish, formed from combined parishes of Dysart and Kirkcaldy, and parts of Kinghorn and Abbotshall parishes.

Kirkcaldy presbytery

A Church of Scotland presbytery. It was in the synod of Fife. From 1692 until about 1699 it was united with the presbytery of Dunfermline. In 1836 several parishes were transferred to the presbytery of Kinross.
