Grimsay

The name of two islands in the Outer Hebrides. See Grimsay (North Uist) and Grimsay (South Uist). It was sometimes known as Grimisay.

An island in the Outer Hebrides, in the parish of North Uist and the county of Inverness. It was sometimes known as Grimisay. Not to be confused with the island of Grimsay in South Uist, or the island of Graemsay in Orkney.
