Cumbrae

A parish in the county of Bute. It was a quoad omnia parish (a parish for civil and religious purposes).

Great Cumbrae

An island in the Firth of Clyde, part of the parish of Cumbrae and one of the seven isles which made up the county of Bute. It was sometimes known as Big Cumbrae or Meikle Cumbrae. See also Little Cumbrae.
