The method of spelling the name now chiefly used, is Stuckgown. Both names are corrupted from the true Gaelic. It is the property of James McMerrich. |

In its passage through the glen it falls over a number of waterfalls and finally empties itself into "Loch Lomond" at the Lodge to "Stuckgown House". |
