"As it would appear that there is a litigation pending in reference to the
ground in question, and as the adoption by the Ordnance Survey of any
particular name might strengthen the claim of one side unduly, and as the
portion of Moss Ground to which only the name can be now applied is
very small I think it will be best to omit any name"
