Parish of Stevenston
Mr George Cunningham who is about 76 Years of
age resides in Stevenston states that the date given in Paterson's Hist. [History of the County of Ayr]
for the discovery is wrong he considers that it is
60 years ago since the objects were found he
accompanied me to the ground to day and pointed
out the Site agreeable to that shown on trace.--
