You have made a good start on these pages but there are a few things that need changed. I have altered the previous page:

1. The 'List of names as written' have been pre-populated in CAPITALS, please do not change to lower case.

2. Please DO NOT make changes to the situation box nor add text. We have pre-populated it with the correct format to link to the NLS Maps. When you make changes this breaks the link. Any text in the situation column should be included at the beginning of the description. Please put [situation] at the front of the text. After you have entered the situation text please type the description details beginning on a new line.

3. Please note when there are 'do' 'ditto' or " marks you need to transcribe in full what they refer to.

4. Compass points are also required to be expanded. Please follow the style of the original letters: s [south], N [North], E by S [East by South], nnw [north north west] etc.
