desirous that the name
"Blackwoodhill Dam"
be written on plan in
preference to "Loch Goin".
Nearly the whole of the loch
is on the lands of
Blackwoodhill in this Ph [parish],
& only a very small part
of it on the lands of Loch
Goin in the adjoining
Ph [parish] & County. etc.
