It derived its name, it is Said, from the Circumstance of the Corn which was in former times brought to the Mill, having been winnowed on a place which was called the "Mill Hill", And the Seeds from the Corn which Accumulated on Said Hill, suggested the name, _ Mill Hill is now a Garden, And is a portion of the Abbey Parish, Detached. |
