[Reverend] Robert KirK of Gallowhill Cottage has Subsequently been Consulted, and he Considers this to be one of those hills, designated Mote Hills, Seen in other parts of the Country on which justice in its various forms in early times was administered. The object under notice has remained in its present state from time immemorial.
