This name applies to a ferry across the River Earn, about 1 mile North of Forgandenny Village it is the usual way persons cross the River when passing from Forgandenny to Aberdalgie. The Person who Keeps the ferry pays an annual rent for it to the Baroness Ruthven, this rent includes also "the Boat Ho.
