008 | [Situation] About ¾ of A Mile West from Castlecraig This is the Remains of what is said to be a druids' Temple, it is in the Garden attached to the Cottage called the Old Toll and on the side of what is the Old Turnpike Road. It is Composed of five large Stones placed on End; in the Centre is a small Summer House and around them are planted Flowers. The stones vary from two to four feet high. The Circle is not complete.
