A commodious modern built house slated and in good repair it is one of the principal Inns of the Burgh having good accommodations for commercial travellers etc. A coach from the Inn runs daily between the Burgh and Dumfries leaving at 7 o'Clock A.M. and returning at 8 O'Clock P. M. The Inn is the property of Mr. William Atkinson. |
