A Small Farm house in bad repair and without Any Office houses, attached to it is a farm of about 1000 Acres of ground Chiefly Rocky Moorland with a Small piece of arable ground - this farm was formerly Called Hass but on becoming the property, (which it did by purchase about 35 years ago) of the Earl of Selkirk, he changed it from its former name "Hass" to the present one. It is at present held as an out farm by Mr. Affleck of Nether Lochdugan |
