252.03 | A rocky Point to the East of Ugadale farm steading. On this point there a trace of the remains of a fortress and the natural wall may be seen clearly on the ground. Mr Robertson and Mr Maxell say that it was supposed by the old people about the place that it was a fort or castle and was used by the Danes.
