There is a suggestion on the page that the Name was corrected to Loch a' Ghabhalach, but the initialled corrections on the page may have been erased. The volume index also has Loch a' Ghabhalaich. But note the name Loch a' Ghabhalach made it onto the 6 Inch Map 39 (1874).
