035 | This is Ruin of a Roman Catholic Chapel, which was dedicated to Maol-luig, the patron Saint of Argyle It is beautifully situated at the Southern base of Cnoc RĂ tha, and near the north-eastern corner, of the garden attached to Raasay House. It is said to be about Seven hundred years old, and, although it must have been long roofless, the walls are Still their full height. It stands at the North end of a rectangular grave yard, which is still used as a place of sepulture, and which is protected by a good stone wall surmounted by an iron raling |
