THE VILLA of BEN-ERRACHT, with
OFFICES, GARDEN and other GROUNDS, ex-
tending from the Perth Road to the Dundee and Perth
Railway, and containing in all nearly Two Acres, will
be Sold, by Private Bargain, provided a suitable Offerer
appears.
The Title-Deeds are in the hands of Messrs C. Kerr &
Co., from whom particulars may be learned.
