019 | Parish of Kilconquhar A long steep ravine or glen of irregular natural formation and Situated on the Estates of Balcarres, Balneil & Lathallan each of which names it gets for the distance which it is situated on the same. It is thickly cover'd with wood and brushwood and is upwards of two miles in length. A small brook runs through it called the "Den Burn" the latter after leaving it also changes its name. |
