There are two flat stones still visible apparently covering graves. There is a legend that a Romish Chapel once stood near this spot but no information can be obtained respecting it, or the site of it. The Grandfather of James Lassels saw interments take place here, & he also informed his grandson of the legend respecting the Romish Chapel |
