"Kirkaldy Sands" and Linktown Sands are spoken of in the same manner as Pathhead Sands - "The Sands" or "Kirkaldy Sands" and "The Links Sands" are the common expressions - I will be glad if I can give you any other information. I am Dear Sir your mo ob [Most obedient] Alexander Gibson. Cap Bayley etc.
