It is bounded on the east by the parish of Urquhart on the south east by the parish of Speymouth; on the south west by the parish of Rothes; on the east by the parish of Elgin and on the north by the parishes of Spynie and Drainie. A small portion of this parish on the north side of the River Lossie containing Kings Mills and Newmill Manufactory is included in the Parliamentary and Municipal Burgh of Elgin. There are no detached portions of this parish, nor are there any detached portions of another parish situated within it. |
