The other large building consists of a large hall used as the Assembly Hall for the Free church of Scotland well fitted with settings and pulpit etc. sufficient to accommodate upwards of 3,000 persons with seats This hall is let from year to year to the free church and is intended only temporary untill a more suitable place be got ready for the purpose The remainder of the large building is used as a wholesale ware house by the proprietor William Taylor Wholesale Grocer & wine merchant
