It is bounded on the north by the parishes of Corstorphine and St Cuthberts on the east by the parishes of Liberton & Lasswade, Glencorse, and Penicuik and on the west by the parish of Currie. Its greatest length from north to south is about 4 miles and its breadth from East to west is about 3 3/4 miles. It is in the Presbytery and Synod of Lothian and Tweeddale. The Patron is Dunlop of Brookloch. |
