[Situation] Extends Northward from Regent Arch This name applies to a short extent of the street leading north from Regent Arch. At the end of this street adjoining Leith Street is a short terrace containing three or four small shops over which part of the Causeway in Leith street extends there are also two or three other shops here which occupy the lower Storeys of houses which front Leith Street, the lower storey being entered from Lower Calton. This name also applies to the continuation of this street on thes south side of the Regent Arch.
