Many inaccuracies occur in the Estate map. which is tolerably old. Local pronounciation [pronunciation] is Bog; the o. long-sounded. |

006 | This is the site of an ancient Celtic fort at the bottom of the Hill near the footpath that leads to Cogshead. "The building " has been Circular, and the wall at the " foundation twelve or fourteen feet thick. " and the Space within about fifty feet " in diameter.
