[East by North] from Watcarrick There was a church erected here in 1703, it was a preaching station attached to the parish of Westerkirk, but when Esdalemuir was created a separate parish, they had a new church erected in 1826, and from that period this church fell into disuse. The graveyard in which this church stood is still used as a burrying ground. |
