Udny was erected into a Parish by Act of Parliament passed 19th December 1597 entitled "Ratification. An Act to amend Christ's Kirk of Udny" Since that time it has been used as a parish church, until 1821 when the present Church was erected. a small portion of the walls is all that now remains which is used as a vault. |
