045 ; 046 ; 055 | The Parish of Bourtie is about five miles in length from East to West and about 2½ miles in breadth from North to South. It is bounded on the North by Meldrum and Daviot Parishes, on the North East by Tarves; East by Udny, South by Keith Hall and Kinkell, and on the west by Chapel of Garioch Parishes. It is in the Shire of Aberdeen & in the presbytery of Inverurie. The surface is slightly undulating and is chiefly cultivated; with the exception of one or two wooded hills, and a few small patches of moorland.
