Poser 393 – minute book of the presbytery of Stirling, 1583
Poser 392 was the first of three posers concerning the presbytery of Stirling's suppression of pilgrimages to Christ's Well, on the outskirts of Stirling in 1583. This poser is another extract from the case, recorded in the minutes of the presbytery in 1583 (National Records of Scotland, CH2/722/1, page 144).
The handwriting has some typical secretary hand letters and suffers from interference by descending letters. There are also several abbreviations, including the p-prefix but your major problem might be Scots language (especially the use of the –it past participle) and the use of the letter w (especially where we modern sophisticates would expect a u).
