Answer: The four words ending with the – 'it' past participle are: convenit (line 3), chargit (line 10), entrustit
(line 11) and Intreatit (line 13).

To the Kings Most Excellent Ma[jes]tie and the Hono[ra]ble
Comittee of Estates The humble supplicatioun of
the Provinciall assemblie of Fyffe convenit
at Couper 4 Apryle 1651
If in this day of desolating calamitie and extreme and Imminent -
dangers to the kingdome and cause of God wee should not lay hold
vpoun this opportunitie which by the mercie of god is given to assemb[-]
lie in a provinciall meiting to expres oure sad thoughts of heart
and humble desyres anent the almost desperat conditioun of this
kingdome Wee might be justlie chargit with a sinfull neglect of dutie
And albeit these that are entrustit with the publict effaires of the
kirk have not bein wanting in thair dutie relating to pub[lic]t dangers
and remeideis Wee sall humblie Intreat it may not be offensive to yowr
Ma[jesty] and L[ord]s if for the discharge of oure consciences and exoneratioun be-
fore all the world Wee doe in all humilitie and tender respect Re-
present these following particulars.
