gregations for ane Thomas Sim, quha is fugitive out of the
paroche of newbrughe .

The Brethren of the p[res]b[ite]rie of peirth ar ordaind to enter
in proses against francis Con suspect of papistrie, and to pro-
ceid against him to the sentence of excommunica[tio]n if he continew
obstinat;
